TERRORISM has been a constant instrument of U.S. foreign policy in relation
to Cuba over the last 40 years. During that period, more than 3,478 Cubans have died as a
result of acts of terrorism and a further 2,100 have been disabled or incapacitated. A
thousand and one forms of killing have been deployed against our people. Pioneers in the
brutal method of hijacking aircraft, they have sabotaged a passenger plane, killing
everyone on board. They have instigated biological aggression in the form of fleas, ticks
and mosquitoes… Any means of attacking Cuba has been studied and hemorrhagic dengue
arrived wreaking havoc and death, principally among our youthful population |
