Díaz-Canel receives Deputy Prime Minister of St. Kitts & Nevis

FIRST Vice President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez received October 25 Deputy Prime Minister Earl Asim Martin, also Minister of Public Works, Energy and Public Services of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, who was making an official visit to Cuba.

The two leaders reviewed the positive state of bilateral relations and discussed other issues on the regional and international agenda.

Dr. Earl Asim Martin expressed satisfaction with his visit, a reflection of the traditional ties of friendship and cooperation between the two Caribbean nations and their constant strengthening.

The distinguished visitor was accompanied by Patrice Nisbett, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Justice and Legal Affairs, Homeland Security and Labour.
