Fidel and Frei Betto meet
On the afternoon of Sunday,
February 16, compañero Fidel and the prestigious
Brazilian intellectual Frei Betto, enjoyed a long
conversation about a variety of issues, in
particular, the current international situation and
especially demonstrations organized by youth in
different parts of the world.
An amicable atmosphere prevailed
during the encounter, characterized by the fraternal
relations which Fidel and Betto have shared for
dozens of years.
