Cuba withdraws its ambassador from Asunción

IN accordance with the statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 23, which declares, "The Cuban government will not recognize any authority whatsoever that is not based on a legitimate vote and the exercise of sovereignty by the Paraguayan people," the withdrawal of our ambassador in Asunción has proceeded and he is due to arrive in Havana in the next few hours.
