Official
mourning
THE Council of State of the Republic of Cuba has
decreed three days of official mourning for
President of the Democratic People’s Republic of
Korea Kim Jong-il, Chairman of the National Defense
Commission and General Secretary of the Workers’
Party.
On December 20, 21 and 23, the national flag will
be lowered to half mast on public buildings and
military institutions.
